Steps to Audit your Mortgage File

1. Click on Create Account
or Open Account in top right corner of page


2. Complete On-Line Form

Once you have completed the On-Line Form you will receive an email conformation. Your email conformation will include your password and login.

3. Login to your Secure Account

Login will be your first and last name lower case with no spaces. Password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. You may click on forgot password to reset your password.

4. Once Logged In

click on Documents then click on Agreement
Sign Agreement. This will be your Fax Cover Page to Fax in your Mortgage File.

5. Fax in your File

Use your agreement page as your fax cover page to fax in your Mortgage File to be audited. Your documents you received at the title company during your closing.
The special barcode in the top right corner will direct your fax into your folder.

 

6. Your Auditor will contact you to discuss your file. Or call 1.469.361.2206 ext 105

 

7. Customer Service will contact you for $299 Audit Fee or complete the Credit Card Tansaction Form attached to Check List payment plans available.

8. Check Status or Conditions

Login in 24 hours and view conditions on your file or view your Audit Summary prepared by your Auditor.


NOTE:
Your Auditor will give you detailed information about the violations found in your file. Suggestions and Recommendation as well as additional information on directions that can be taken in regards to the violations Federal and State.
